You should make your selection as quickly as possible and inform us, so that we can make a binding room reservation. Until that point, the rooms cannot be held and will be treated as freely available. Until a binding room booking, rooms cannot be guaranteed.

In the event of a great number of bookings around three months before the start of the trade fair, we reserve the right to make a binding reservation, without having provided you with an offer in advance. 

The more flexible your requirements, the greater our chance of finding accommodation in the near vicinity of the fair grounds.

Additionally, please inform us from which direction you will be arriving, so that we can keep your route as short as possible.
