From Ulm
A8 until the exit Ulm West. Then follow the B30 via Ravensburg to Friedrichshafen.
From Zürich
N7 until the crossroads Kreuzlingen / Konstanz. Then take the car-ferry from Konstanz to Meersburg (nonstop service) and follow the B31 to Friedrichshafen.

From St. Gallen / Romanshorn
N1 until Romanshorn. Then take the car-ferry from Romanshorn to Friedrichshafen (hourly service).
