Data protection policy
The provider takes the protection of your personal data very seriously and adheres strictly to the provisions of data protection laws. Personal data is collected on this website only to the extent required for technical purposes and exclusively in order to process a specific request or order. Under no circumstances is the recorded data sold or otherwise transferred to third parties.

The following policy statement provides an overview of how we ensure this protection as well as what kind of data is collected and for what purpose. In the following the visitor is referred to as the User and the website operator as the Provider.


Server statistics
Server statistics (server log files), which cannot be avoided, automatically include the data that the User’s browser transfers to the Provider. For the Provider this data is in general traceable to non-specific individuals. This data is not united with other data sources and the data is deleted after a statistical analysis.


Cookies
The web pages use so-called cookies and may do so in several places. Their purpose is to make our service more user-friendly, more effective and more secure. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer and stored by your browser. Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted after your visit is over. Cookies do not do any harm to your computer and do not contain viruses. In order to avoid cookies from the website being placed on the computer, the web browser must be set up in such a way that it deletes cookies from your computer hard drive, blocks all cookies or provides a warning before a cookie is stored.


Email
The Provider endeavours to carry out all the technical and organisational security measures which are necessary in order to store the personal data of the User in such a way that it is neither accessible to third parties nor to the public. Should the User wish to contact the Provider via email, the Provider wishes to point out that the confidentiality of the transferred information using this means of communication cannot be completely guaranteed. The Provider therefore recommends that the User send confidential information exclusively by post.


Newsletter
If the User is given an offer to receive a newsletter on the website and wishes to receive this newsletter, the Provider needs a valid email address from the User as well as information that allows the Provider to verify that the User is the owner of this email address or that the owner of the email address has consented to receive the newsletter. No other data is collected. The consent to store the data and email address and to use them for the purposes of sending the newsletter can be revoked at any time. The User can unsubscribe at any time.

Right of access
The User has the right to be informed at any time about his personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose for which it has been stored. The Provider shall inform the User about the stored data via the email address listed under the legal notice section.

Google Analytics
The tourism portal uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). This uses so-called “cookies”, which are text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of the use of the website. The information generated by the Google Analytics cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transferred to a server of Google Inc. in the U.S. and stored there.

Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity and to provide further services related to the use of the website and the internet. Google may potentially also transfer this information to third parties to the extent required by law or if third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. The settings for analysing visitor behaviour in the tourism portal are set up in such a way that Google may not unite the resulting data with other usage data.

However, we point out to you that in this case it is possible that you will not be able to use all the features of this website in full.
