Zeppelin Museum

The Zeppelin Museum "Technology and Art" in the port railwaystation has on display not only the largest collection concerning the history of airship aviation, but is also home to an important collection of art dating from the late Middle Ages to the present day. more

Dornier Museum

Everyone can be a pioneer - the history of one of the most innovative companies in Germany can be experienced up close on approx. 5,000 sqm exhibition and 25,000 sqm park area. more

Schulmuseum (school museum)

You will find out how schools developed and what classrooms looked like in 1850, 1900 and 1930. Historic teaching materials and quaint exhibits like old slate pencil boxes, satchels and the big cardboard cones filled with sweets and little presents received on the first day of school, bring back fond memories of long-gone schooldays. more

Graf Zeppelin Haus

The Graf Zeppelin Haus is one of the most important cultural centres in the area around Lake Constance. Theatre, concerts and ballet performances of the very highest standard are included in the programme, along with cabaret, jazz, pop and rock shows. more

Music – singing – literature

Enjoy the sunset in convivial company with a glass of red wine and salted biscuits right on the lakeshore. With famous and popular melodies played by the mouth organ group, ‘Seeharmonie’. No reservation required.
Meeting point: On the lakeshore past the Schloss (palace)
Dates: Thurs 9, 16, 23, 30, June and 7, 21, July at 7.30pm. Only in dry weather.
Fee: € 4 includes a glass of red wine (please bring your own glass) and salted biscuits. € 1 reduction with the Friedrichshafen ‘guestcard’.
